Mission Statement
The principal purpose of the corporation shall be both charitable & educational; to raise funds & receive contributions for scholarships, to hold, guard & invest all funds received, and to dis‚Äčtribute the income in accordance with the regulations set forth in the certificate of incorporation. We aim to PROMOTE EDUCATION & INTELLECTUAL GROWTH FOR WOMEN & GIRLS through our activities, which are open to all.

Scholarship Program
The awarding of scholarships to deserving women is the CENTRAL AIM of UWWE. It will present scholarships to area High School Students & to Mature Women who wish to earn an undergraduate degree from a U.S. accredited college/university.


Membership Eligibility
A graduate holding a baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited U.S. college/university, or a foreign degree acceptable as a basis for admission by graduate schools in the United States of America. A Guest Affiliate may have two years at an accredited U.S. college/university or a professional status, & must be sponsored by a UWWE member.
Membership Dues: $50.00
